Boundaries are necessary for good mental health and avoiding burnout. This session will cover the importance of boundaries and why we need them in our professional and personal lives. Covid and lockdown played havoc with work and home life we shall focus on getting clear and confident without feeling selfish or guilty.

In the session we shall look at definitions of stress and how easily it builds, it’s impact and effect on the mind, body and our lives. An overview of burnout and importantly practical strategies for managing stress/pressure in and out of work.
