Who is this workshop for?

The course is run by Cambridge CVS and is for anyone who manages volunteers and others and spends time trying to deal with challenging behaviour.

What is it about?

By the end of the session you’ll have a better idea of how challenging behaviour develops, how can you address it and how can you seek to resolve it.

What will you learn?

Key causes of disagreement between people.
People’s different approaches to conflict.
Dealing with angry people.
Negotiation/mediation skills.
What is required to resolve a conflict.

The Trainer will be Chris Trevorrow, a CCVS Development and Training worker. Chris is a qualified trainer with a background in running a community charity, managing volunteers and in volunteering. She is also an experienced facilitator and is a trained community and workplace mediator.
