Kickstart your thinking of income diversification
In this session, we aim to inspire, support and encourage a systematic and systemic approach to action planning for income diversification.
With the uncertainty, challenges and opportunities that we now face, never has it been so important for charities and social enterprises to review the range and diversity of income. When it comes to understanding a funding mix, there is no one approach that is right for every organisation; that is something that each organisation must research for itself. Having a process to guide that discovery helps make it more successful.
This session will provide you with a practical process for your organisation to look deeper and understand its own unique needs when it comes to creating greater financial sustainability and resilience.
Who is this for?
Fundraising managers, senior managers, trustees, anyone involved in raising funds for their organisation and has an interest in diversifying income.
