The CIPD’s Embedding new ways of working post-pandemic report shows that some 40% of employers said they expect more than half their workforce to work regularly from home after the pandemic has ended compared to 5% pre pandemic. The term hybrid is being widely used to describe a balance between home and workplace working. But what does it really mean in terms of delivering what we are set up to do but in a way that benefits everyone involved? How do we grasp the benefits but avoid creating disadvantage and inequality? Come and join our discussion looking at the latest guidance and sharing ideas and approaches with other trustees and managers.
As a by-product of our work with groups we are able to feedback to local authorities and funders the kinds of challenges that voluntary sector organisations are currently facing. This helps them to think about what kind of support they need to be offering. We will not share specific organisations information or case studies unless you are happy to.
If you have specific queries or topics you would like to raise please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be sending joining instructions after you register.
