Location: Price Bailey, Tennyson House, Cambridge Business park, Cowley Park, Cambridge CB4 0WZ

Training & Events

The  Support Cambridgeshire event is FREE to any community organisation in Cambridgeshire

Ineffective performance management has a dramatic impact on the success of any organisation, its impact and the productivity and engagement of its staff. In these difficult times we all need to be as effective and efficient as we can be. For many charities it can be difficult to know the best way to deal with staff performance issues. Price Bailey have offered this important training to Cambridgeshire charities to help them manage and plan the process to get the best result for all concerned.

Who this is for?

The session will be helpful for any managers, line managers and trustees – anyone involved in managing staff.

Session Leader

The session will be run by employment lawyers at Price Bailey Legal Services LLP.

How will it help me?

Have you ever had to have one of those tricky conversations about performance or attitude with a staff member or volunteer? Is this the type of conversation you put off again and again until it seems too late to address the matter? Have you laid awake at night wondering how you will handle a poor performing employee? Do you wish that you had more confidence in dealing with these situations?

In the session, Price Bailey Legal Services will be offering some practical advice about how to improve performance management including how to effectively appraise staff, how to have difficult conversations, and how to deal with poor performance.
