What to expect from this workshop?

This workshop will enable you to more effectively lead and support your organisation and people in developing strategic, successful and sustainable business engagement.

Understand the changing nature of Corporate Social Responsibility and the current motivations for businesses to engage with and support voluntary and community organisations.

In this workshop we will explore:

  • Alignment (between business and your own ethos)
  • Framing needs and offers
  • Selling the benefits of working with your organisation

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for trustees and social enterprise directors who help guide the strategic direction and fundraising of VCSE organisations and who want to understand current thinking around CSR and to further help, support and guide staff asked to develop this work.
